John Yorke
John Yorke
is a British television producer. He took on executive producer for EastEnders from 2000 until 2002 and returned to the soap temporally in 2017 after Sean O'Connor was axed as executive producer and Yorke was named as an interim executive producer.

During his time there, he was given the task of introducing the soap's fourth weekly episode and managed a win over long running rival Coronation Street in a rare head-to-head showdown. He axed the majority of the Di Marco family and helped introduce popular characters such as the Slater family. He handed over to Louise Berridge in 2002.
