Walford General Hospital is a hospital for the residents of Walford. The hospital is located on Elwell Road.

In the early years of EastEnders, the hospital used by Albert Square was King George VI Hospital. Martin Fowler was born in this hospital and Andy O'Brien worked there. Andy frequently organised fundraising events for the hospital, including a Bonfire Night celebration. It is unclear if the current hospital is the old one renamed, or an entirely different one. On 26 October 2023, "Walford General" and "George VI" were referred to in dialogue as two separate hospitals.
